Custom Subtabs:

To create a custom subtab:

Navigate to the Customization > Forms > Subtabs > New

1. In the Script ID field, enter a unique combination of letters and numbers for the custom subtab.
2. From the Type list, choose the record type for the subtab you want to create.
3. If needed, select the parent subtab from the Parent list.
4. In the Title field, type a name for the subtab.
5. Click Save.

Custom Sublists:

In NetSuite, a sublist is used to display related records or the data directly on other records, providing a convenient way to view and interact with this information. Sublists allow users to see related data without navigating away from the main record, improving efficiency and data accessibility. Custom sublists show information based on a saved search for a specific type of record or a related type.

To create a custom sublist:

Navigate to Customization > Forms > Sublists.

1. Select the tab for the record type where the search will appear as a sublist
2. Select the type (Eg : transaction , Entity ,Entity )
3. In the Search column, select the name of the search
4. Enter a name for the Label column.
5. Choose the tab where you want to display the sublist under the Tab column.
6. Check the box for the Sales column.
7. Click Save.
