As the Director Finance and Administration, he has since been controlling our accounts and administration departments. His main contributions include maintaining relations with banks, auditors and statutory bodies like Income Tax and GST, exercising control over expenditure, taking investment decisions, ensuring strict adherence to statutory compliances, profitable disposal of our foreign remittances etc.

Mr. Prakasam is a Corporate Advisor and Consultant and has been advising / part of transformation projects of corporates across industries over the last 30 + years. Trained by institutes of repute on Business Excellence and Business Process Re-engineering, he brings in his vast experience of business process understanding to Digital transformation of enterprises and guides corporates in managing this change in a most effective manner. In his current role at Tvarana, Mr. Prakasam is responsible for India business and aims to contribute to the successful Digital Transformation journey of the clients for impactful business outcomes.

Now on the consulting side, John is able to employ his user experience to better understand clients needs/requirements and help to implement efficient and scalable solutions. Rose is part of the sales team at 79Consulting, bringing experience from her start on the Value Added Reseller side, where she helped launch a startup division focused on reselling hardware and software. Since joining 79Consulting 2.5 years ago, she has focused on client success and building long-term relationships. Rose works closely with customers across both our SuiteApp and managed services lines, supporting them from initial contact through implementation and beyond. She aims to help clients make the most of NetSuite by leveraging the power of our 8 SuiteApps and the expertise of our team.

I’ve spent more than 12 years working with NetSuite, gaining deep, hands-on experience across a variety of roles. For the past 3+ years, I’ve focused on consulting—helping clients make the most of their NetSuite investment by optimizing and streamlining their systems. At 79 Consulting, my favorite part of the job is digging into a client’s setup and discovering new ways to improve efficiency, automate processes, and unlock the full potential of NetSuite.
Outside of work, I’m a passionate soccer player and fan. In the winter, you’ll find me skiing with my family almost every weekend, chasing fresh snow and making memories with my children.

As one of the first Enablement Consultants at Marketo, Devasmitha had the opportunity to travel extensively, partnering with clients across industries and engaging with stakeholders at every level—from CMOs to marketing operations admins. This experience offered a front-row seat to the evolving landscape of marketing automation and customer lifecycle strategy.
After years of consulting, she transitioned in-house to lead lifecycle marketing and manage the marketing operations function. This move brought deeper insight into aligning people, processes, and platforms to drive scalable marketing outcomes.
